The Great Northern Mall in Syracuse, New York is now the venue for the increasingly popular food truck event on Wednesday night.
According to a report from Syracuse.com, the Syracuse Food Truck Association opened a food truck location at the Clay site in May, and the number of event participants is now as high as 4,000.
The success of the weekly event on Wednesday led to the second night of food truck fare at DeWitt’s former ShoppingTown shopping mall, which will start on August 3, from 4pm to 8pm
In September, the association will host the annual food truck war at the New York State Exhibition Center, in which dozens of trucks from Syracuse and Rochester will participate in the competition.
